I've now rewritten over 50% of Mysterious Paris. When I returned to writing in November, I thought would finish the rewrite this month. I even had dreams of finishing earlier and starting the next phase of editing.

But the pace is respectable, and I believe I can keep it up. Hopefully I can keep working on my novel over the coming months. I don't want to get off track again.

Now when I'm doing Yoga and I find a pose difficult, I pretend that I'm Thierry. He's disciplined and into having control over his body. Yes, he does Yoga.

Anyone else ever imagine being their characters (when not in the midst of writing/thinking about writing)?

Most of my stories come from dreams I have an are at least loosely based on aspects of my personality, so it's fairly natural for me to imagine that. I think what I need to pracitce doing is imagining them being *other* people, or at least, not me.

In Yoga, I'm imagining me being Thierry.... not the other way around. He's better at the challenging poses :)
