My fridge is full of fresh vegetables

Unfortunately. I didn't cook everything I had planned. After picking up today's CSA basket, my fridge is super full!

This week's basket contained: cauliflower, broccoli, leeks, corn, radishes, basil, garlic, zucchini, spinach, beans, potatoes, yellow plums, apricots, and a jar of hot peppers.

Last week's apricots were both small and large. However, this week they are all mid-sized.

I'm happy to have a double-decker steamer. I can start steaming corn on the cob, then add broccoli or beans to the top level.

As I barely made a dent in last week's basil, I really have to make pesto this week. That will go into the freezer. I'll also chop and freeze the rest of my green onions.

Still thinking about how to use all the zucchini and cucumber.

There's a serious good cinnamon zucchini bread recipe here: bakebakebake.livejournal.com/3583021.html#cutid1#ixzz1z6gXh0y9

It doesn't have that zucchini taste, and there's a gluten free adaption. It freezes, well, too.

Ratatouille? Morrocan cucumber salad? Pickles? Basil ice cream? Your CSA sounds yum!
