Scallops with bacon and bourbon

I love scallops, and this recipe from Totally Scallops didn't disappoint.

The marinade of mustard, maple syrup, soy sauce, bourbon, and green onions is luscious without overwhelming the scallops. It might be worth trying on a flank steak.

 

As you can see, I wrapped the scallops in bacon, threaded them on skewers, and grilled them. It's pretty rich with the bacon. You can omit the bacon, if you prefer.
