I love scallops


Sea scallops from Totally Scallops are fabulous. The pimentos and garlic add a bit of zing, without overwhelming the scallops.

 

As tapas, you would serve these on baguette slices.  As an entrée, the book suggested deglazing the pan with white wine and serving over pasta.
