Ciao, Venezia

The cookbook journey departs France and heads to Venice with Tessa Kiros's Venezia: food & dreams. It's quite dreamy, with lots of lush photos of both food and Venice, filled with colors and textures.

My first five recipes will be:
* Tramezzini (Italian sandwiches)
* Baccala mantecato (whipped baccala - aka whipped cod)
* Polpette di tonno (fish balls)
* Zuppa di piselli spezzati (split pea soup)
* Spaghetti alla busara (spaghetti with tomato and scampi)

These recipes should be a breeze and a pleasure after the challenge of A Taste of France.
