Planning to eat more French food

Now that I finished the first five recipes from Larousse Pratique, it's time to pick five more:

* Poulet celestine (chicken with tomatoes, mushrooms and wine)
* Fricassee de volaille a l'oignon (chicken fricasee with onions)
* Grillades marinees (grilled marinated steaks)
* Couilles saint-jacque a la nage (scallops in an aromatic broth)
* Omelette soufflee a la confiture (soffle omelette with jam)

My mouth is already watering at the thought of these dishes!

And to make your mouth water even more.... two of those dishes use cognac as an ingredient.
