more moosewood

The tahini dressing is more like a dip version of hummus than a salad dressing. The ingredients are pretty much hummus without the chickpeas. I didn't care for the "dressing" much on a traditional lettuce-based salad. But it was great for a potato chip dip.

North African vegetable soup is a versatile recipe. Even though I forgot to pick up celery, I still made the soup, and it turned out pretty good. It might be better if if I remember the celery :-) and I had to add more vegetable stock, as it was way too thick

Salade nicoise was much better as left-overs. And maybe as a side-dish instead of a dinner entree.
