While not my favorite, this is a pretty good blend of flavors. Next time, however, I think I need to kick it up a notch. The mildness of the mushrooms can help off-set spices. I'm looking forward to left-overs. :-)
And speaking of left-overs, I paired this dish with mushroom bruschetta. No, this wasn't a soggy mess.... I stored the sauteed mushroom mix. I reheated it and topped it on fresh toast. Mmmm.
