This week my local writing group is celebrating our two-year anniversary as a group. It's a time to think about both what I have accomplished and have yet to accomplish in the past two years.

One of my major accomplishments was completing an intensive rewrite of Mysterious Paris. With the critiques, however, I realize that I still have to complete another intensive rewrite.

Although I have yet to be published for fiction, another accomplishment has been submitting three different pieces (two short stories and a poem). But I have to submit more. I have to polish those pieces I wrote for the on-line writing group (Liberty Hall Writer, so that I can have more stories trying to find a home.

I've been doing more writing outside of nanowrimo, but I have to increase the frequency, until it becomes a regular habit.
