Chicken-fried rice

Wow, that was some of the best chicken-fried rice I've had! So good that I had seconds, and now I'm totally stuffed. :-O

The recipe called for fairly large chunks of chicken (1" cubes), but I liked it that way. And lots of egg, which gave it a creamy texture. I wish I were cooking this again soon, except that I've got lots of other recipes to try.

I'm adding a new tag for my favorite recipes! I think I'll go back and add it to the banana chicken post, as well.
