Making it a habit

Tonight I worked on Mysterious Paris again. I'm still planning out the big scene swapping, but I think I've got it mostly re-plotted. I just have to figure out whether Rosie goes to the airport during or after Manon's experience at the Eiffel Tower. And, if after, would there be any point to putting back in the bit about the Manon chocolates? Or is it just too silly and self-indulgent?

Put it back if it still flows with the rest of the book. It may come out when your editor gets his/her mitts on it anyway...

*Squee* that it's going well!

I think it slows down the scene too much... especially as I'm stopping the scene for Thierry to walk in and buy the chocolates, then give them to Manon. But you're right about keeping the chocolates. I have a better place later on for him to give them to her... and I don't have to get bogged down with where he purchases them.
