Seeking advice

The local library has a "writer in residence" program, which includes the writer giving feedback on fiction (including 20-page novel excerpts).

To submit my excerpt for review, I have to include a plot summary.

How much detail do you think I should include in the plot summary? Should I write a couple of paragraphs with the most major plot points (such as turning points & conclusion)? Or an outline with a sentence or two on each scene (I have about 50 scenes)? Somthing in between?

Thank you for your advice!

I'd probably do a brief 1-2 page synopsis just summing up your story arc...

Thanks for your advice. I was motivated to keep it less than a page, to fit it on the cover page.
