Cooking pink: pear raspberry crisp


The pink recipe that I selected from Apples for Jam is a pear and mixed berry crisp. Berries are hard to find in winter, even in the supermarket. The recipe didn't indicate the type of berries, but I felt that raspberries had the most hope of turning out pink.

This crisp is barely pink, but it tastes really good. Pear and raspberry combine well.
