Where is the Cookbook Journey heading next?


I'm back to international recipes with The Taste of France. This coffee table book is beautiful, but awkward to use in the kitchen. Probably why I've only tried a few recipes... until now.

First up, I'll make:
* Omelettes Gourmandes
* Ratatouille
* Scallops with Fresh Basil
* Sliced Chicken with Figs
* Old Fashioned Beef Casserole

These will not be quick & easy recipes. They look pretty good - but will they be worth the effort?
