Did you notice that I miscounted?

I forgot to list one of the recipes from A Taste of Japan - Salmon sealed egg. It's an easy recipe (using canned salmon), but really tasty.

Today I attempted the yellow and green cakes. But the green is from peas, and they didn't become a green paste, so I just had sweetened peas with dinner. And I have plenty of boiled eggs to eat tomorrow. (The yolks was for the yellow.)

I should remember to copy down the good recipes from this book before I get rid of it.
