what's up with bread?

It's been a long time since I posted, but I have been cooking. And letting my bread machine bake.

I made (or tried to make) both of the remaining recipes:

* Lemon pepper bread - Accidentally added a bit too much pepper, which drowns out the lemon. Great bread for sandwiches.

* Samosas - The problem here is that I'm not 100% following recipes in this book. I'm following the recipe on my gluten-free bread mix, and altering per the recipe. I should have used the pizza dough recipe, because the bread recipe was way to wet, and I couldn't roll it out. Never fear, I didn't throw it out! I made tasty dinner rolls. The spices made for an unusual taste. I cooked up the filling with some egg.

* Lemon sour cream rolls
* Cinnamon crisps
* Tropical bread pudding
* Cranapple orange bread
* Finnish pulla bread

I was just wondering where you were and what was happening with the cook book adventure and here you are! I hope all is as good outside the kitchen as it is inside.
