Not Mysterious Paris

Inspired by a recent posting by someone on my flist, I wrote the outline for a funny romance. Temporarily called Starved, I'm considering writing this for nanowrimo this year .... if I can finish my Mysterious Paris revisions on time.

Next up.... writing the outline for Trapped, an historical romance set 28,000 years ago, and inspired by this news story about an ancient phallic sculpture.

Go for it...historical romance can be very interesting, especially prehistoric. Have you read Jean Auel's Clan of the Cave Bear series? That's kind of a similar thing, and a roommate of mine from awhile ago really enjoyed them.

I've never done Nanowrimo, it's always been a busy month for me since I've been working and in school. But this year I might try it, since I have one more to do in a series of pieces I've been working on for awhile.

I haven't read Clan of the Cave Bear ... that's something to check out.

P.S. I meant to ask...what is Starved about?

Starved is about a woman lives with her mother, which it extremely challenging to find romance. When she does meet a man, she asks herself whether its romance or raw passion, while she tries to uncover corporate espionage and hang onto her job.
